Interview
First, submit your resume and receive a response after 1 week to complete a video assessment. Assessment is webcam based and 4 questions. Back to back each question pops up for 15 seconds and you have 1 minute to answer. 1 week later schedule a webcam interview with recruiter. Recruiter came 20 minutes late. She seemed rushed and uninterested. My 2 summers internship made me over qualified for position, yet after answering every question in depth with thorough, intricate responses, received a generic rejection email stating they had no time for feedback due to large applicant base. Advice is that this company's HR is a bunch of inexperienced kids who randomly select who gets through to next round. There is no basis on their selection method, and I hope if you're trying to interview with this company, that you get lucky in the selection process.
1st call interview >2nd hr interview > case study interview(if passed) > final interview(if passed). all interview is proceeding with English. and native speakers are needed. and hr people were kind
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
