The first round is a Skype Interview with a HR. The recruiter was very kind and asked basic questions : - What does AlphaSights do? - What would you learn at AlphaSights? - What other jobs are you applying for? - A few questions about teamwork. - How would you contact somebody for your client? They call you a few days later (5 for me) to invite you to the second round in their offices. It is a Business Case.
