I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
The process is taking fast. I received a video assessment request just in next day. The questions are basic and only has 4 questions. It is a little weird when you see your own face on the screen. but the whole process really fast. 15 seconds for preparing, 1 minute for answering the question. Time control is the hard thing for AVA.
1st call interview >2nd hr interview > case study interview(if passed) > final interview(if passed). all interview is proceeding with English. and native speakers are needed. and hr people were kind
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
