I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
First Round-Phone/Web Cam interview was very basic and straightforward. Behavioral questions will be asked based on your resume and you will have to walk through your own resume at the beginning. Second half of interview was based on the BREAD process and what AlphaSights does.
On-Site Interview: 2 interviews, 1 with a manager and one with a VP. First interview was behavioral and then an exercise based on the Bread process. You have 15 minutes to pick 2 out of 3 scenarios and find 2 advisors with the laptop they gave you. Afterwards you will have to explain why you picked those advisors and what you did wrong. Second interview is more behavioral and then hypothetical situations where you have a chance to improve upon your mistakes in the first interview. Plenty of time for questions at the end.
1st call interview >2nd hr interview > case study interview(if passed) > final interview(if passed). all interview is proceeding with English. and native speakers are needed. and hr people were kind

Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
