I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Hong Kong) in Feb 2017
Interview
Second round of interview happening in two days. Have done the Video interview already. I wish I knew there was only 15 seconds available to prepare for a 60 seconds responses. Didn't see this when i was reviewing what were said on Glassdoor but only found that out afterwards. But luckily still got invited to the 2nd round so I guess the content matters a lot more than your fluency. (Cause I was a bit panic because of the short prep. time so wasnt as fluent as usual).
1st call interview >2nd hr interview > case study interview(if passed) > final interview(if passed). all interview is proceeding with English. and native speakers are needed. and hr people were kind
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
