I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
Applied through my university's career center. Got an email to complete the video interview within 1 day. Once completing the video I got the first round interview a few days later and then after the first round, I was invited to complete the final round just a day or so later. The whole process for me was about 3 weeks long. I interviewed while studying abroad, but they were very accommodating and flexible which was great.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
