Interview
I applied online.I heard back quickly, then had a one way video interview, then heard back quickly and we scheduled a Skype interview. Two days before my skype interview I got an email saying thanks for interviewing but you aren't what we are looking for. So then the day came that my interview was supposed to be on and I got an email asking where I was, from the same woman who told me I wasn't what they were looking for and I was throughly confused. I emailed back the email she had sent me a few days prior and she told me that was a mistake. I thought it reflected poorly on the company and I decided to not pursue the job there.
very swift and seamless. The interview process was quick and efficient with constant communication for the team and the recruiter as well. I heard back quick after each interview section.
Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
