I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online through my college. I was sent a link to complete the AlphaSights Video Assessment (AVA) a few days later. The best way to prepare is to look through Glassdoor - the questions haven't changed at all. I contacted HR after a computer issue caused the power to cut out, and they happily reset my recording remotely.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
