They have many different rounds, starting with a video assessment. You should be prepared to articulate 1) what AS does, 2) what an associate's responsibilities are and 3) what your professional goals are and skills you want to build. If you get invited, you move onto a Skype interview with the recruiter, 30 minutes of behavioral questions. If you move on from here, you Skype with a manager, which will be 1 hour long of behavioral as well. After, they will schedule an onsite interview, where they give you a case, simulating the work that they do at AS. The first portion is to examine different briefs and find potential advisors for the hypothetical clients. You then discuss with them why you chose the advisors you did, and what your thought process was. The second portion of the case simulates a phone call, where you are the associate and they act as the advisor. Here, you have to show your professionalism and business etiquette skills. They may try to prompt you to show negotiation skills as well. If the case goes well, the last test is a final interview with a VP at one of their offices.
