Originally applied online and heard back the same day. Once they have received your resume, you're off to the Alphasights Video Assessment, as many have already mentioned here. After completing the assessment, I heard back in about a week that the position had already been filled. This is a downside to the rolling application in place with the company, but the process in its entirety lasted a week and a half.

How have your experiences shaped your idea of a career?
The first round was a video interview with HR which I did not pass. The questions were mostly behavioral and they asked about how Alphasights fits into my career. I heard back from them a week later.
I submitted my CV online and got an email for a video assessment before end of the same day. I did the assessment and wasn't that challenging; mostly just weird talking to a computer rather than a person.

Asked what AS does, what motivates me, about other companies I've applied to.
I appied online, i got email within a day about a video assessment their own AVA. All of the question they asked in on glassdoor. You should be able to find it here. Do not just wing the AVA be prepare for it. Do your research about the company before doing your ava.
