Interview
First round interview was done via an internet response. I had one minute to read the question and prepare a response, and one minute to respond. Second round interview was a skype interview and was a fit interview to learn more about yourself and your motivations for working at alphasights.

Smooth process, first phone calls then zoom interview everyone was very nice and explained 1 person and then 2 people next round was very easy and comfortable would reccomend applying and seeing how you feel

What was the most challenging thing you had to do?
30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
