First round was about uploading a self video with answering 4 quetions which pops up on the screen and the Second round was about actual interview with the manager of the specific region.

Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
