I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview process was very enjoyable. Had a first round behavioral interview on campus that washout 45 minutes long. Got an email from HR less than 48 hours after that they would like to schedule me a time to come interview at their NYC office for a second round interview. This part consisted of a case study interview and then another behavioral interview. The people I interviewed with were very friendly and helped me throughout the case study with any questions I had. I got an email again within 48 hours that I got through to the last round and I had a video interview with a member of the leadership team. This round was about 45 minutes and was mainly behavioral. I then heard back in a couple days that they would like to extend an offer. Everything was very efficient and ran smoothly. Great experience overall

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
