Interview
Round 1: Video Interview:
You have 30 minutes where you are asked questions on the screen and you answer them while you are recorded on video.
You also have a few written answers to give (paragraphs)
Round 2: Skype Interview:
I though it went well but I didn’t get an invitation to the third round although I perform very well.
The fact that I mentioned my plans on doing a master in the next couple of years was the main issue.
This was really frustrating for me, since I thought that my ambition and drive would make me a good candidate.
Turns out many of my friends who mentioned their plans on doing their masters soon were turned down.

Interview
First round interview was a short one to assess knowledge of the company and the role. Next it was a competency based interview using the STAR technique to assess how you have worked through different scenarios to understand your style of working. Finally, the 3rd round of interviews, which is the last before assessment centre, and as far as I got up to, is a case study interview.
phone call; a recruiter called me and asked some questions never heard back. I don't like how they ghosted me. That said, I haven’t heard back since our conversation and wanted to check if there have been any updates. I understand things get busy, but I’d appreciate some clarity either way.
