I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Hong Kong) in Jan 2018
Interview
Application Form -> Video Interview -> First Round HR interview -> Case Study + Second Round HR interview.
Quick and easy application process. Do your research on the interview questions (all of them can be found on glassdoor), the company and the role. HR are friendly.. until they reject you at the penultimate stage with an automated "your skills and experience do not match what we're currently looking for" email. Considering that by this stage you have already invested (at least) 3-4 hours meeting the company on google hangouts, it seems disrespectful and gives a poor impression of the HR team, not to mention the company as a whole. HR & managers also seemed disinterested and proceeded to reel off a pre-determined list of recycled questions in both interviews

Question 1
All of the questions have been uploaded onto glassdoor already.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Question 1
Describe a situation in which you had to work under pressure.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.

Question 1
Why are you interested in the Client Service Associate role at AlphaSights?
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
