You submit a resume, get an online request to complete a recorded interview (very short, only 4 questions, 15 seconds to read and 1 minute to answer each question. If they like your interview, they invite you in for a Skype interview with the recruiting team.
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
