Interview
Emailed me that they liked my resume, then invited me to answer questions on a video recording service. I had ten seconds to read a question and come up with an answer, then had only 30 seconds to answer the question. It didn't help that there wasn't anyone on the other end. The whole process seemed very un-personal.

Explain a time you received criticism and how did you react?
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
