I applied to entry level customer associate position. You have to go through 5 different steps in total. Apply(resume screening)-Video-HR-Case-Vice President.
HR interview is generally about your resume. You'll get many why questions following to your work experiences and activities you've done in college.
Atmosphere was very friendly and nice.
The interview moved very fast. hr and the interviewers were all very professional. It had loads of behavioral questions with a couple very short relatively easy case. Three rounds in total
