Interview
Video Assessment, Video Interview, and then in-person interview. For the in-person interview, they spend about hour and 15 minutes on case-study they give you. The other 45 minutes is spent asking behavioral questions in order to see if you fit within the company's culture

Given case study that was given by one of their clients in the past and get 20 minutes to do surface level research to find which industry leaders would be helpful in answering the clients questions or challenges
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
