Der Bewerbungsprozess verlief sehr schnell und findet in mehreren Runden statt.
1. Runde Vorstellungsgespräch per Skype mit HR in London. HR schaut ob das AlphaSights und der Bewerber zueinander passen. (Motivation, zukünftige Ziele, Interpretation der Rolle)
2. Runde Case Study und persönliches Vorstellungsgespräch. Dauer ca. 1,5 Std. Die Case Study ist ein hypothetischer Fall der im Arbeitsalltag vorkommt. Vorbereitungszeit ca. 5 min vor Interviewbeginn.
3. Runde Skype Interview mit einem Vorgesetzten aus London. (eigene Motivation, Ziele, Mehrwert für AlphaSights und das Team)

Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before
