I recently interviewed with AS and I have had a generally positive experience. I was required to do a video interview which was basically just recording video answers to questions you get. That took around 15 mins. It had 4 video questions and 3 written ones. Written questions were not timed, but you only had about 30 seconds after you hear the video question to brainstorm and then 1 minute to record your answer. You could not repeat or view the recording. I suggest using the practice to make sure that your camera is oriented in the right way, your mic is okay, etc...
