Interviewed for the HK office
- 5 rounds
- 1 video assessment, 1 with HR, 1 case interview, 2 interviews with different VP's
- Video assessment and HR questions were all behavioural, the case interview was divided into an interview with a manager (more behavioural) and an interview with 2 other managers, where they give you a case to solve. The last stage of the interview is with the VP's which are all behavioural questions.
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
