Before the interview I looked up the feedbacks on Glassdoor saying that this is not a consulting job and basically requires people doing a lot of cold call. I passed the video screening and got to the first round which was directly talking to the HR. She barely asked any questions about my experience but kept asking questions about her company. Like why the company is different from consulting firms ,the BREAD process and how they can add value to their clients. They just wanted someone that can do the cold calls. If you want this job, make sure to demonstrate that you're good at cold calling. I figured this was not the job I wanted and honestly I didn't like their business concept.
