A simple phone interview to get to know you better. Second stage was a one to one video case study interview (a lot of people closer to London will do this in person). This involved being given 30 minutes to go over a brief, use their BREAD process (important to understand), and then have a lengthy chat with one of their managers about how you would handle this client's request. Finally there was a 1-on-1 interview with a company VP, mostly making sure you really understand the company, industry, and the job you will be doing specifically.
