Interview
Round 1: On-demand video assessment, whereby I was asked 4-5 questions with 1 response time and 30 secs of preparation time each.
Round 2: HR Interview where I was tested on my understanding of AlphaSights business model along with other general behavioural questions.
Round 3: It was a 1hr case study followed by 1 hr of a behavioural interview by its senior management. The case study was challenging because you were only given 15 mins to identify 2 advisors for each of 2 business case. I was then questioned on the rationale of my choice and we did a mock call where we simulated the actual advisor engagement and assessment process with the interviewer. The behavioural interview with senior management was very conversational and relaxed.

Tell me about your previous experiences (both professionally and in school)
A recruiter reached out after my application on Handshake. The first round interview was behavioral - asking questions about myself, my background, why I wanted to be on Client Services as opposed to consulting. Also asked on my understanding of the role
Easy scheduling, recruiter helped with questions I had. Able to freely schedule my interviews. There was a few interviews, some short some long. Didn’t take too long to receive offer.
