Multi-stage process. I applied online and a day or two later got an email back asking to set up a video-screening. This took about 15 minutes and the question would appear on the screen and I would have 30 seconds or to think of an answer. Following this I got invited to a video interview. This was a 45 minute interview where the interviewer got to know me. I thought it was pretty straightforward but it felt like the interviewer had a checklist of questions and wasn't listening to my answers as I had to repeat myself several times.

It was more on the behavioural and cultural fit as opposed to the technical aspects.
Behavioral-based interview that is quite common among other firms. Really know why you want to be a part of the firm. Gave a video to watch and asked questions regarding that as well.
There are 3 rounds of interviews, 2 behavioral, 1 "case". First two rounds are easy but last round was an hour long of only behavioral questions. Overall not too bad but just very long
