Interview
There were 5 interview stages. First you submit a resume and a coverletter online. Then there was a 15 minute phone screen where they went over my resume. After that, there's a 45 minute google hangout (I was overseas), again discussing my resume and understanding of what they do at alphasights. Afterwards, there was a group interview by a manager and an associate (I assume), where there was a case. We basically are given a prompt and have to find appropriate people on Linkedin you'd think would be a good fit for an advisor for the client. Lastly, there was an interview with the VP of the company where she just grills you on your resume, why you chose alphasights, how other companies you've applied to compare to it. I had a bit of a gap between my college and applications, and needed to find a good answer for why, etc.

Why did you apply to such different positions (Alphasights vs. Consulting firms vs. Analytics)?
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
