Interview
The process was : Applied online => Interview with AI (there are 4 questions and it takes 1 minute for you to answer each question) => Interview with HR in Hong Kong => Case interview + Behavioral questions.
Overall it was fine. I was preparing that I might run into some unprofessional interviewers as review in Glassdoor but luckily I did not.
The most difficult is the case interview one. They give you 3 cases and ask you to choose 2 cases and find 4 experts for each case. Everything is only 15 mins. It is obviously impossible as they just try to test us to see how we analyze the problem and the case.
Somehow I feel that the interview was pretty cocky as she thinks that she knows more than me (of course) and tried to ask tricky questions.
The behavioral questions are very broad which they asked from secondary school until now, even your family. I think they just do not have any smart questions to raise and ask these non-sense questions.
I become uninterested with the company after the interview.

Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before
