Interview
I was given a list of interview questions to prepare for the interview date. This was through a school recruiting program. The interview was an hour or so long and pretty much was all behavioral and covered all the questions that we were asked to prepare.
A hirevue completed online followed by a behavioral interview over zoom with an HR rep. It was fairly standard behavioral questions and they ask you to describe what the company does.
Very smooth and takes place quickly after application and with a real person which is nice. The questions aim to test your understanding of the work you will be doing and the competitive landscape of the industry.
Process had three rounds: screener, case study, and final, hour long in-depth interview. The recruiter was very transparent and supportive throughout the process and let you know what to expect with each round.
