I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Boston, MA) in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview was all on-line through a camera. There was no human interviewing you, so you saw the question for 30 seconds and then had 1 minute to respond. It was recorded and they would watch your recording.

Question 1
If you had a Saturday free to do anything you want, what would your ideal Saturday be?
The management consulting interview process typically involves multiple rounds, starting with screening calls, followed by case studies, and behavioral interviews, focusing on problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and cultural fit. It was more on the behavioural and cultural fit as opposed to the technical aspects.
Behavioral-based interview that is quite common among other firms. Really know why you want to be a part of the firm. Gave a video to watch and asked questions regarding that as well.
There are 3 rounds of interviews, 2 behavioral, 1 "case". First two rounds are easy but last round was an hour long of only behavioral questions. Overall not too bad but just very long
