Interview
Phone call -> 2nd round behavioral -> 1h case + 1h deep behavioral-> final round even deeper behavioral .
Know your behavioral well. Interviewers can seem tough but as long as you remain genuine and express strong interest in the job, they will open up to you.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
