Applied online with cv, cover letter and what interests you about the role.The application process was easy and they got back to me in 3 days asking for a phoen interview.
Had a 15 minute telephone conversation of a pretty relaxed nature. I was thrown by how 'easy' the questions were, expecting to be queried about BREAD (brief, research, engage, a... and deliver) and needing to know in-depth knowledge of the company and its inner-workings.
