Interview
After submitting an application, they email you a link for a 4-minute recorded video interview. After a practice round, a question pops up on the screen. If I remember correctly they give you 30 seconds to view the question and collect your thoughts, and 1 minute to respond. It took about 10-15 minutes.
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
