Interview
I'm still on the first step on the interview process, which is the self- recorded interview, but I wanted to share my experiences to help any other prospect applicants. When you first click the link, you're directed to the website where you will be recording your interview. From there, you watch a short video with some tips about the interview. Mainly they want a professional who is relaxed and confident and who is knowledgable about the company. Next, they ask you 4 questions. You get 15 seconds to read the question and prepare and then 1 minute to answer. You don't have to use the full minute, you can end the recording whenever you want. I was asked to1) describe the company in my own words, 2) what I did outside of school and 3) what skills I wanted to gain from this opportunity. My last question was listed below. Overall, I thought the experience was very straightforward. As long as you properly prepare, you should be fine.
