Interview
Currently in the process at the moment. Usually 4 rounds. First round is of course your resume and cover letter, which took about a day to get response. Then a week later was given the opportunity to do a video assessment that included 4 questions where you had to answer online. This video assessment is relatively quick and will take you about ten minutes. Third round is a video conference with a recruiting manager. Final round will be a case study with managers and associates.
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before
