Very straight forward process which consists of four rounds. Make sure you have a firm understanding of the role and the company before the first round.
The whole process is virtual at the moment but the interviewers are really good at making the conversations feel natural.
1. Initial HR phone call
2. First round virtual behavioral interview
3. Project exercise interview with two managers (make sure you understand the case examples on the website before)
4. Final interview with a VP
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
