Submitted an application, the next day they sent an email to do an online video interview. You are not talking to someone, the program is asking you the question. The system asks a question and you answer within a minute. Unfortunately I was not selected to move forward to the next round of interviews.

What does AlphaSights do, how would you describe it in your own words?
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
