Interview
I had an initial phone call, a second round of interviewing (don't remember if it was phone or video), and a video interview. Be sure to watch the videos they send you and understand their process. This is key in progressing through the rounds.
During the video interview (the third interview) the second interviewer acted very snobbish and disinterested and talked down about students from non-elite colleges. I was privileged to have attended a top-ranking school but I have the humility to know that this is not the only factor that predicts success.
I felt like I had to stroke the interviewer's ego and tell him how AlphaSights is different and better than BCG or McKinsey (when truly they are not even the same industry). This position is a glorified sales role. I ended up accepting an offer from a consulting company.
Overall, I think the interviewer and I both recognized this company is not a great culture fit for me.

Question 1
The final interview is two segments. In the first segment, there were behavioral questions. Then, they gave me two scenarios and I had to apply their process to them. Basically you have 15 minutes or so to find a professional online that could answer the question they have. Then, you have to explain your rationale to the first interviewer for both cases and tell her which you think you did best. She then told me I'd continue to the second segment for more behavioral questions.
The second segment consisted of the male interviewer saying "Actually, we are going to role play a phone call." And you have to use one of the scenarios from before and pretend you're on the phone with the professional.
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before
