Interview
After you send a resume, the first process is video interview. It’s an one-way interview and you have four questions to answer.(1min each)
When you pass the video interview process you’ll receive an email to arrange the first round interview with HR person. It was 45 mins interview and I had to take 20 mins language test after that. Questions were basic, mostly focusing on your previous experience and why do you think you make the great fit for the position. I also did a role play thing where you pretend to be an associate of Alphasights and answer questions about basic staff of
Alphasights. Such as what Alphasights do, what service do you provide and who is the main client.
It’s necessary to prepare and know what Alphasights is and how they work.
The interviewer was nice. She was interested in me as a person and asked me many questions. Also she answered two or three questions of mine and helped me understand about Alphasights.
I’m currently waiting for the next step.
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before
