Ask some normal questions. Talk about the company do.
Talk about my future plan and ask if fit the company's vision.
HR keep repeating some questions and it lasted 30mins
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before
