Interview
First the hirevue which had basic questions. Then about a 30 min interview with HR. Mostly fit and behavior based. HR asked about motivations, goals in life, etc. And lastly a 1 hour interview with the Manager, followed by a 1 hour interview with VP. The one with the manager was skill and technical based. I was given a case and had to solve it like I would in real time at the job. 15 mins of prep for the case and then presenting it. After presentation I was asked questions about my case solution. The next interview with VP was the final round - basically analysing all things (fit, behavior, past experiences). It was fairly conversational and relaxed.
After spending so much time interviewing with them - they informed me I was rejected (with no explanation why) after two weeks.

Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
