Interview
The first round asks you to videotape yourself. You will answer four questions in one minute after 30 seconds preparation time.
The second round is the 1-on-1 online interview.
I was not able to move to the next process after this one, but I heard there are two more interviews.

Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
