Interview
First applied through the portal, then was invited to conduct a virtual interview (preset questions with system and just filming yourself in timed conditions). After this, an HR rep interviews you for around 30 mins. Then you get interviewed by the manager of the team you applied for, having to prepare a page of case study beforehand, then being given another case during the interview. It took around 1.5 hours. If you pass this round, you then have YET ANOTHER round with the VP apparently. The interview process is extremely redundant in how long and complicated it is and gives you false hope.

It was good! The talent acquisition team is very nice and they try to support you through out the process. Just the interviews are very robotic. The person who interviewed me felt like a blank wall.

Not too easy it was three rounds- one intro call then case and then behavioral. 20 minute then an hour and another hour. The case is the hardest part of the process.

First had a virtual AI interview, then a remote interview with someone from HR. Mostly behavioral questions, and questions testing understanding of AlphaSights and role. Was provided materials about the role and company before interview, and they proved very helpful.
