Tokyo Office - 2020 Fall Interview
The process took two months to end with getting an automated email that said "we are unable to provide individual feedback on your application".
Disappointing, but compared to past interview experiences, it seems like they finally have a recruiter based in Tokyo (used to be in Hong Kong).
1. 15 min phone interview with a recruiter
2. 60 min first-round interview with a recruiter
3. 20 min language ability test
4. 2 hours project round interview (1-hour case, 1-hour manager interview)
I just wish I could receive feedback on my application and understand what I could've done better.
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before
