Interview
There are 3 steps to the interview: 1) 15 minute phone call, 2) 2 hour interview [Part 1: Behavioral interview, Part 2: 30 minutes Language Test], 3) Case Study 1hr + Final Interview with VP, 4) Offer.
The second round of interview was mainly about "ideal work space" as well as "what would you do" type of questions as well as "explain me this." So, if you know what the company does (and its work process), you will able to answer/prep better.
