The telephone interview lasted for about 15 minutes. Recruiter was professional. I was quite confident with how the interview went, however to my surprise I wasn't offered to proceed to the next hiring stage.
Written questions and two rounds of interviews. The written questions were motivation based and the interviews were skills based e.g. asked to find a professional within a specific set of criteria.

It was very organised and polite. interviewers were very friendly. I was unable to make the interview in person and they very kindly let me do it over skype instead. always answer their emails within a day.
