I applied with a CV/Cover Letter online.
I was then asked to have a short Phone Interview.
I was then invited to an in Person interview at the office. I was initially told I would have several interviews with managers, but ended up having a repeat of the phone interview. Overall seemed fairly unorganized.

What skills do you want to acquire from this position
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
