Screening was a video interview for first round, simple and straightforward. Followed with a 30 minute call for second round with someone from HR a week later. Questions started off open ended - “tell me about yourself.” Then moved into questions such as “strengths and weaknesses” and “how would you facilitate an alpha sights phone call.”
