Interview
First round with HR, normal behavioral interview with understanding of the BREAD approach. Second round with current Associates, half as behavioral and half as case studies. The case study part requires understanding of supply chain and find the right person that suits for the cases.

Describe AlphaSights, describe the Bread approach, mock phone call with experts
Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
questions about resume and applicability to the role, also asked what other roles i’m recruiting for. didn’t get a second interview but i wasn’t too enthusiastic —- wish I’d rehearsed my answers to why Alphasights before

good, did the digital screen and got selected for next round, hoping that goes well. in the screen they asked some questions about client facing role, time i faced a diffculty etc
