I was specifically reached out to by AlphaSights for an Associate position that required bilingual proficiency. Despite this, the interviewer did not ask once about my qualifications or background with the language, or about my past work experiences. Instead, they asked irrelevant questions or inane scenarios. Interviews with other companies for the same position were drastically different and much more straightforward.

Easy and transparent with steps and timeline. Took about 2 weeks from start to offer but flexible with timing of interviews, you make times mostly, with final round as exception
